Fee Structure
Fixed Fee
In this regard, we conduct a proper scope assessment and charge a client a fixed fee for each agreed deliverable over an agreed period.
Hourly Rate
Our fee schedule for this option is available upon request.
Retainer
We contract with a client for a specified period to provide ad-hoc services at a fixed monthly fee. This is largely dependent on the scope of the envisaged support.
*All the above fee options exclude litigation costs and do not include any disbursements incurred during the course of providing the services for example, accommodation, travel (if outside Johannesburg) or any costs payable to a third party.
Team
Our team of corporate and commercial legal specialists is led by Moroke Phajane (LLB (UFS) PGDIP Business Administration (Milpark)), an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Moroke has more than 18 years experience in corporate and commercial law gained from his previous roles as an attorney in private practice and in-house counsel at one of South Africa’s top corporate entities. His experience gained from both corporate and private practice enables him to provide practical, business focused solutions to clients.
